Key Responsibilities
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, talent reviews, and performance calibration.
- Lead succession planning and talent identification initiatives for critical roles.
- Partner with business leaders to assess workforce capability and address talent gaps.
- Analyze talent metrics and provide insights to support strategic workforce planning.
- Support change management and organizational development projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to talent management, learning and development, or organizational development.
- Minimum 3 years experience in talent review, succession planning, competency frameworks, and performance management.
