Job Summary

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to manage client projects and oversee our content production workflow.

You will be the bridge between clients and the team — handling communication, planning shoots, and managing interns to ensure all work is completed on time and meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communication and present proposals
• Plan content ideas and guide interns on proposals
• Review and approve work before sending to clients
• Schedule and coordinate shoots with clients
• Assign interns for shoots and attend when needed
• Manage editing workflow and review final videos
• Ensure all work is delivered on time and up to standard

Requirements

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Able to manage people and enforce deadlines
• Basic knowledge of videography and video editing
• Able to review and improve content quality
