Job title: Supply Chain Analyst
Job duration: 12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
We are seeking an experienced professional to support IT Supply Chain Team's daily operations, focusing on tooling and process improvements. This role involves troubleshooting, process optimization, and providing operational support to ensure the efficiency of our planning and inventory lifecycle systems.
Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
- Provide Tier 1 on-call support for Supply Chain tooling bugs to triage and troubleshoot.
- Escalate Tier 2 issues to engineering and other teams for resolution.
- Monitor dashboards to extract data, and report on tooling health. Proactively flag risks and trending issues to the core team.
- Create and maintain tooling manuals (workflows, tagging, setup requirements, and troubleshooting guide).
- Update tooling configuration to support operations.
Process Improvement Support:
- Front business team for enhancement requirements - understand business problems, validate impact metrics, and propose for prioritization.
- Value streaming as a process, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions for simple problems.
- Monitor and report status of enhancement implementation.
- Self manage on project deliverables to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), debugging, and provide status updates.
- Create and maintain process/training documentation (update WIKI).
- Assist with global process/tooling rollout.
Minimum Experience Needed:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in areas of order management, warehouse operation, transport management
- Data analysis skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Basic project management, experience in user acceptance testing.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners.
- Experience in writing SOP/training guide.
- Global exposure.
- Experience in supporting supply chain systems rollouts
