Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with AMI (Automated Orbital TIG) welding process. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welds using AMI equipment, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. This position requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work in a clean room environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate AMI welding equipment to perform orbital TIG welds on various materials (e.g., stainless steel, carbon steel, etc).
• Set up and calibrate welding parameters according to project specifications.
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Document work processes and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• ITE students or Diploma certificate in Welding or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a clean room environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with AMI welding process is a plus.
