Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Promote and sell company products to existing and new customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

Customer Management

• Visit customers regularly and understand their needs.
• Take customer orders and follow up on order status.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure good customer service and customer satisfaction.

Product & Market Knowledge

• Understand product features, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
• Provide accurate product information to customers.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.

Sales Administration

• Prepare sales orders, quotations, and other required sales documents.
• Ensure orders are submitted accurately and on time.
• Follow up on outstanding payments where required.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Reporting

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Monitor sales performance against targets.
• Report customer issues, market information, and sales activities to the supervisor/manager.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
