Primary duties: (Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)
Primary duties: (Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)
- Direct and supervise the daily activities of subordinates in the manufacture of mold parts.
- Coordinate with the planner to resolve operational issues with the tool.
- Perform a mold test.
- Make and modify the necessary mold parts according to the mold specifications
- Applications EDM, lathes, milling, drilling, grinding and polishing machines.
- Perform necessary planning and occasional maintenance of all tools and tools
- Develop and maintain a continuous preventative maintenance program for all Mold processing Or machine tool processing.
- Prepare technical drawings.
- Provide technical training to enhance subordinates' competency.
- Maintain sufficient stock of mold parts to ensure continuous production liaise with certain suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Monitor the status of the mold during production
- Maintain proper filling and documentation.
- The ability to set up and check work with precision tools and measuring instruments.
- Skills and capabilities to process, repair and replace molds and machine parts.
- A clear understanding of the mold design and ability to modify the mold design.
- Have a certain understanding of the finished product injection.
- Strong Technical Exposure Gain hands-on experience in mold maintenance, repair, modification, testing, and precision machining processes including EDM, milling, turning, grinding, and polishing.
- Leadership & Team Management Opportunity to lead and supervise mold-making activities while developing the technical capabilities and competencies of subordinate team members.
- Advanced Mold Engineering Skills Develop deeper expertise in mold design, technical drawing, mold modification, injection molding, and troubleshooting of mold-related issues.
- Preventive Maintenance & Production Support Play an important role in ensuring mold reliability, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and minimizing production disruptions.
