Responsibilities

Campaigns & Content

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for retail promotions, seasonal pushes and new product launches.
• Create copy and visual briefs for social posts, email blasts and POS materials that match brand voice.
• Coordinate with agencies or freelancers to deliver assets on time and on brief.

Digital & Analytics

• Manage social media accounts and paid ad setups, focusing on reach, engagement and conversion.
• Monitor campaign metrics and compile weekly performance reports with clear recommendations.

Retail Activation & Trade Support

• Support in-store merchandising, promotional calendars and retailer communications to maximise shelf impact.
• Work with sales teams to track stock movement and assess promotion effectiveness at store level.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, FMCG or distribution environments.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with social media management and paid advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads.
• Comfortable with Google Analytics, basic Excel reporting and common content tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and promotion planning is preferred.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who works well with sales and operations teams to deliver practical marketing support.
