About the role

You will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to coordinate day-to-day construction and interior fit-out activities and ensure projects progress according to programme.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in daily project and site coordination.

• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.

• Monitor daily site progress and report issues to the Project Manager.

• Plan and coordinate manpower requirements for site works.

• Check workers' attendance, deployment and overtime.

• Follow up materials, deliveries and procurement requirements.

• Coordinate drawings, site measurements and construction information.

• Attend site meetings and client coordination meetings when required.

• Prepare weekly project progress updates, including current week's progress, site issues requiring attention, and next week's planned works.

• Maintain proper project documentation, photographs and site records.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Interior Design or related field.

• 1–3 years of site/project coordination experience will be an advantage.

• Able to understand basic construction drawings.

• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.

• Responsible, organised and able to follow up tasks independently.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Comfortable working with site workers and subcontractors.

• Basic Microsoft Office / project reporting skills.

• Possess own transport and valid driving licence preferred.
