Role Description This full-time Financial Representative role is based in Singapore and offered on a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Representative will provide holistic financial advice to individual and corporate clients, including assessing needs, recommending suitable insurance and investment solutions, and supporting long-term financial and retirement planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, conducting financial reviews, preparing and presenting tailored proposals, and assisting clients with policy applications, changes, and claims-related queries. The role involves staying updated on Prudential’s product offerings, market developments, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate, compliant advice. The Financial Representative will also participate in training, sales campaigns, and networking activities to build a sustainable client base and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills to design comprehensive, long-term strategies for diverse client profiles.
  • Candidates should possess solid Insurance knowledge to advise on protection solutions, policy features, and coverage suitability.
  • Candidates should possess a good foundation in Finance and Investments to explain investment-linked products and support wealth accumulation goals.
  • Candidates should possess effective interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Relevant academic qualifications in finance, business, economics, or related disciplines, and the ability to meet regulatory licensing and certification requirements in Singapore.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric mindset, with strong self-motivation and goal orientation.
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms for remote consultations, client servicing, and documentation; prior experience in financial advisory or insurance is an advantage.
