Sandisk Hiring! Full Time Master Lead Engineering Support Technician, Test Engineering in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To support engineer on the task given (TP checkout, SW Validation)
• To deliver the task with minimum supervision
• Shows the interpersonal skill and participate in team discussion.
• Follow Snr whenever Engineer is away and clear instruction had been given.
• To provide guidance to tech/support on the test activities
• To participate and provide an opinion in team events.
• Proactively learn on the data compilation of drive logs event
• Email communication need to be clear background and update.
• Provide support to others group when needed (Production/Planner/Buyer/SDIN/SDUS/SDSJ)
• Share knowledge with new Engineer on board (Pioneer Tech)
• Support shipment/reballing the BGA.
• Perform electrical measurement on the first level FA.

REQUIRED:

• Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in either SSD or HDD industry will be an advantage.

PREFERRED:

• Work in Manufacturing/Production environment is priority.
• Hands on experience with Oscilloscope, Digital multimeter, X-ray machine will be an advantage.
• Relevant experience with computer hardware, knowledge on storage interface such as PCIe, SATA and SAS will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in excel and power point for representation.
