Job Summary
Support management in ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant financial and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Perform daily bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Assist with payroll processing, CPF submissions, and maintain HR records to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Support recruitment activities, onboarding processes, leave administration, and general office operations to facilitate workforce management
Manage petty cash, process staff claims, and track expenses to control operational costs
Prepare detailed reports including project costing, monthly expenses, and yearly forecasts to support financial planning
Assist with GST returns, audits, and tax filings to ensure regulatory compliance
Adhere to accounting procedures and regulatory requirements to maintain financial integrity
Execute additional duties assigned by management to support seamless financial and administrative functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative support
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
Knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements including CPF, GST, and tax filings
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
