Job Description

a) Contribute ideas to formulate sales strategy and sales planning.
b) Attend to walk in and incoming calls from potential or existing purchasers/ buyers and appointed real estate agency.
c) Continuously source for and secure new database of customers and prospects for all types of products/ projects.
d) Compile and update reports and filling related to sales, budgeting and targets on regular basis.
e) Assist to manage sales initiatives, activities and provide post-mortem reports and assessment.

f) Participate in all sales activities, property exhibitions, roadshows, product launches and other sales related events.
g) Participate in all marketing, A&P events and activities including CSR activities/ events.
h) Upkeep cleanliness and tidiness of sales gallery & show units and models to create a lasting impression on customers.
i) Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirement

a) Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

b) Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

c) Pro-active, enthusiastic and self-driven with high level of integrity.

d) Good organisational skills, highly motivated and result oriented.
