Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar design/editing software.
- Basic understanding of social media and e-commerce visual requirements.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Willing to travel to support multiple outlets when required.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and produce designs for marketing campaigns, social media, e-commerce, POP materials, banners, buntings, and promotional materials.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality product photography and visual content.
- Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia content.
- Ensure all designs and visuals maintain brand consistency, quality, and accuracy.
- Work closely with Marketing and Merchandising teams to develop creative materials according to campaign requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery within deadlines.
- Guide and support junior designers where required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by Management.
