We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and assisting them in optimizing their experience on OpenRice. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, and the capacity to manage client accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Assist clients in optimizing their presence on OpenRice by providing expert guidance on utilizing the platform and leveraging our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Manage and maintain accurate client account information, ensuring up-to-date listings and profiles.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement of services and offerings.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure continued satisfaction.
• Support the sales team with client onboarding, training, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to active usage.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client meetings, offering clear insights and actionable recommendations.
