Drive client acquisition and retention by developing strategies, conducting market research, and managing key accounts to support business growth in the signage and advertising display sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute client acquisition strategies through prospecting, site visits, industry events, and digital marketing to expand the customer base
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategies
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in existing accounts to enhance client retention
Serve as the primary contact for clients by managing contract renewals and addressing operational requirements to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with management to prepare sales proposals, complete tenders, set sales targets, and develop forecasts based on market insights
Maintain accurate administrative records and update relevant sales documentation regularly
