Job Summary

You will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations and orders, coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment, and support the sales team with administrative tasks to maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email to provide accurate information and support
• Prepare and send detailed quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales to achieve revenue targets
• Process purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery schedules accurately to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to track and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks to enhance team efficiency
• Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate and current information
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support business needs
• Any ad-hoc as assigned by Supervisor or Ma

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Self-motivated to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Good oral and written communication skills for clear and professional correspondence
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and SAP for efficient data handling
