We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in enterprise infrastructure, system administration, networking, and IT operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting servers, networks, Microsoft technologies, troubleshooting, and infrastructure projects in a production environment.

Primary Skills/Requirements

1. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure operations, systems administration, network administration, or infrastructure project delivery.
3. Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, networking, and security solutions.
4. Experience supporting and maintaining infrastructure environments across on-premises data centres and cloud platforms.
5. Familiarity with enterprise networking technologies such as firewalls, load balancers, switches, wireless networking, and VPN solutions.
6. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, infrastructure hardening, patch management, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation practices.
7. Experience in incident management, problem resolution, system maintenance, change management, and production support.
8. Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or equivalent) to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.
9. Experience working with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to deliver infrastructure projects and operational services.
10. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
