Job Summary

Manage daily retail outlet operations to ensure efficient service, stock management, and customer satisfaction in a multicultural dormitory environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the retail outlet to maintain smooth and efficient functioning aligned with company standards
• Monitor outlet performance metrics to identify and implement improvements for operational excellence
• Develop, document, and enforce operational procedures, SOPs, and service standards to enhance consistency and quality
• Manage stock replenishment and distribution processes to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce shortages, wastage, and overstocking
• Analyze customer demand patterns, especially catering to the diverse needs of migrant workers from multiple countries
• Deliver respectful and courteous customer service to foster positive customer interactions and satisfaction
