Your new role

• Lead overall operations of premium restaurant and hospitality concepts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Drive business performance through P&L management, budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop management teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, HR, and culinary teams to support business growth and expansion.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in restaurant operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a General Manager or senior operations leadership role.
• Proven experience managing premium dining, hospitality, or multi-outlet restaurant operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and operational performance.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.
• Hands-on, commercially driven, and capable of balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution.
