Responsibilities
Landscape Designer — Full time
Our client is seeking a professional Landscape Designer to manage landscape projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
Attend site briefings and client meetings to define project requirements.
Develop landscape designs and select appropriate planting palettes.
Prepare and present professional project proposals to clients.
Conduct site measurements and manage necessary design amendments.
Create cost estimates, Bill of Quantities, and tender quotes.
Coordinate with suppliers, operations personnel, and project stakeholders.
Produce technical drawings and As-Built documentation.
Draft maintenance reports and attend relevant follow-up meetings.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the landscape industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design work.
Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills with a positive, proactive working attitude.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Strong plant knowledge is considered a significant advantage.
