Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager will hold overall accountability for the end-to-end execution, financial health, and strategic management of assigned engineering projects.

Daily tasks include master schedule development, budget management, subcontractor procurement, cash flow optimization, and risk mitigation. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and main contractors, ensuring projects are delivered profitably, safely, and on time.

Responsibilities
- Overall accountability for project P&L (profit & loss), contract management, budget tracking, and cash flow control.
- Develop master project execution plans, resource allocation, and detailed progress schedules using project management software.
- Lead procurement negotiations, subcontractor appointments, and back-to-back contract agreements.
- Manage high-level client relationships, consultant evaluations, progress claim certifications, and final retention/account settlements.
- Drive safety governance, quality assurance (QA/QC), and regulatory compliance across all site activities.
- Direct and empower site project teams (Senior Engineers, Engineers, and Site Supervisors) to achieve target milestones.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.

Industry Experience: A background working with construction companies is preferred.

Experience:
-Minimum 8–10+ years of progressive M&E project management experience (with a proven track record managing turnkey industrial or commercial projects).
- Demonstrated expertise in HVAC, cleanroom systems, high-spec industrial plants, or data center facilities.
- Deep knowledge of contract management, progress claim verification, variation order approvals, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent enterprise PM tools.
