Job Summary

The Junior Executive will assist in the day-to-day operations of the company by coordinating administrative and operational activities, supporting supervisors and managers, maintaining records, and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed efficiently and according to company procedures.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily company operations and assigned activities to ensure smooth workflow

Support supervisors and managers in planning and monitoring daily work progress to meet operational goals

Liaise effectively with employees, customers, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate communication and collaboration

Maintain accurate records, reports, schedules, and operational documents to support decision-making and compliance

Monitor work progress and proactively follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion

Assist in managing staff attendance, duty allocation, and manpower coordination to optimize resource deployment

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to provide management with actionable insights

Handle routine administrative and operational matters to support business continuity

Verify documents, invoices, purchase records, and other company paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness

Monitor office supplies, equipment, and operational resources to maintain adequate inventory levels

Communicate operational issues promptly to supervisors or management for timely resolution

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and workplace safety requirements to maintain a compliant work environment

Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational objectives
