Daman Group Hiring! Full Time Senior Account Executive in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Oversee daily financial operations while maintaining a strong understanding of business processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
• Maintain and reconcile monthly audit schedules to ensure alignment with accounting records.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions to ensure effective financial management.
• Assist in preparing financial and management reports, budget controls, and forecasting activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic financial planning.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external stakeholders.
• Handle ad hoc financial tasks and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with an audit background.
• Experience in property investment and management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
