This established insurance company based in Kuala Lumpur is amongst one of the most recognised institutions globally. The company is looking for a Finance Manager to join its dynamic business.


Your new role

In this role, you will support the delivery of local OR group reporting and financial close activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality outputs in accordance with established standards and governance requirements. You will be responsible for reviewing reporting deliverables, performing reconciliations and analytical reviews, investigating reporting exceptions, and working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve data quality.

You will also play a key role in driving process standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining strong controls, supporting audit requirements, and providing guidance to team members on reporting processes and best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 6-8 years' experience in insurance financial reporting, RTR, or group reporting
• Experience in insurance, financial institutes, or regional operations is an added advantage
