Job Description
Responsibilities
My client is an established
ACMV contractor firm
with Service and Maintenance Department
5 days week. But subject to standby when required.
Service & Maintenance Manager/ Engineer
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and utilities systems across client sites
Support systems including compressors,
chillers
,
cooling towers
, water treatment systems, MAU and
AHU
Attend to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime
Ensure all servicing activities are completed in accordance with SOPs and service standards
Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients on system performance and maintenance
Maintain good working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Supervise and guide technicians in executing service and maintenance works
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for servicing, repairs, and parts replacement. Plan maintenance schedules and provide service reports and updates to clients
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Minimum
3–5 years of experience
in maintenance or service engineering (M&E / FM)
