We are looking for a hands-on leader to supervise production operations, drive team performance, and ensure smooth daily production activities.
Location: Senai, Johor
Job Description:
- Lead and supervise production operators
- Ensure production targets are achieved
- Monitor quality, productivity, and machine performance
- Resolve production and process issues
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience in Die Casting / HPDC is an added advantage
- Able to work on shifts
