Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or any related discipline with at least 4 years of experience
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments
• Short notice or immediate starter

Responsibilities

• Account management & Inside Sales Management
• Act as the primary strategic point of contact to manage partners and long-term partnership development
• Lead hyper care programs for new deployments, critical projects, major transitions, or high-priority customer accounts
• Escalation Management &Issue Resolution
• Manage all customer escalations including delivery delays, product issues, technical concerns, service disruptions and RMA matters
• Monitor customer feedback, service trends, and recurring operational challenges to identify root
• Internal Stakeholder Coordination & Customer Advocacy
• Represent key customer priorities internally to drive customer-centric decision-making
• Support sales and leadership teams during business reviews, task force meetings, and strategic planning sessions
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions, escalations, hyper care activities, and commercial opportunities
• Generate monthly and quarterly business reports
