Job Responsibilities: -

1. Drive annual sales targets and achieve assigned revenue and gross profit objectives.
2. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, including new customers and market expansion.
3. Promote and market the company’s IT solutions, products, and services to potential clients.
4. Develop and execute effective sales, go-to-market, and account strategies in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
5. Upsell end-to-end solutions and cross-sell the company’s portfolio of products and services.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, prospects, key principals, and local partners.
7. Engage with key technology principals to strengthen partnerships and support strategic deal opportunities.
8. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, quotations, proposals, tenders, presentations, service order forms, and purchase order/invoice coordination.
9. Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, and other internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
10. Monitor customer accounts receivable and support payment follow-ups.
11. Maintain accurate customer and prospect databases, sales forecasts, and account progress reports.
12. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
13. Ensure quality sales engagement, proposals, and compliance with company KPIs, including principal certifications.
14. Strengthen the company’s market presence, professional image, and brand reputation.
