Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and high-performing Finance Manager to lead the finance department and partner closely with senior management to drive overall business success. This strategic position provides broad exposure to financial planning, corporate compliance, treasury, and stakeholder management within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities
Direct the preparation of full sets of accounts, group consolidations, and timely financial reporting.
Oversee financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and treasury operations.
Ensure strict adherence to MFRS, statutory laws, and public listing requirements.
Coordinate seamlessly with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
Cultivate robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including bankers, regulators, and various business units.
Fortify internal controls, financial risk management, and overall corporate governance.
Spearhead system enhancements, process automation, and continuous finance improvement initiatives.
Mentor, lead, and develop the finance team while actively supporting the company's strategic business initiatives.
Execute ad hoc projects and special assignments to support evolving operational needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MICPA, etc.) is highly advantageous.
5 to 10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Proven hands-on background in managing full sets of accounts, group consolidated financial statements, and statutory reporting.
Previous experience in a Public Listed Company (PLC) is highly preferred; exposure to the manufacturing sector is a distinct plus.
Comprehensive knowledge of MFRS, internal controls, budgeting, and treasury management.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting systems (experience with UBS software is a bonus).
Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and effectively influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
