Job Description
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance operations, including full set accounts, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Manage and review Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity position, ensuring effective cash management.
- Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and performance dashboards to support senior management and business operations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal control policies.
- Manage the payroll function, including salary processing, statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and employee compensation records.
- Oversee HR administration matters, including employee onboarding, leave management, personnel records, and HR policy implementation.
- Partner with department heads to monitor costs, improve operational efficiency, and drive business performance through financial insights.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Experienced with Start Up company is preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Competitive salary ranging from MYR 7,000 to MYR 12,000 monthly
