About the role

We are seeking a talented CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team at NSEC Precision Engineering Sdn Bhd in Jelutong, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring CNC Milling machines to produce high-precision components for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture parts according to engineering specifications and drawings
• Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and detect and troubleshoot any issues
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and other technical documents to ensure accurate part production
• Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to maintain optimal performance and prolong equipment life
• Work closely with the production team to ensure on-time delivery of quality products
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, following all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of CNC machine operations, programming, and troubleshooting
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
