Job Description (Duties& Responsibilities)

1)Follow-up on Sales Orders  

2)Liaise with customers through emails, calls, face-to-face visit

3)Follow through Sales Orders from enquiry to delivery & after sales service, such as;-

a.     Reply sales inquiries & process orders

b.    Sending Sales Quotations  

c.     Processing and fulfilling sales orders

d.    Internal Coordination of Artwork with designer, printer and customers

e.     Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products

f.      Follow up with customers & suppliers on payments & invoices

g.     Offer prompt & good customer service

4)Provide administrative, sales & customer's reports

5)Any ad hoc duties
