We’re looking for a Job Controller / Workshop Controller to join our growing Automotive Aftersales & Workshop Team.

If you’re organized, good at coordinating people, and understand how an automotive workshop operates, this could be your next career move!

Your Role

• Coordinate and monitor daily workshop jobs & Job Orders (JO)
• Track vehicle repair progress and workshop turnaround time
• Coordinate Technicians, Foreman, Service Advisors & Parts
• Follow up on pending jobs, parts and repair status
• Ensure jobs are completed according to schedule
• Monitor vehicle movement from check-in → repair → completion
• Maintain accurate job records, repair orders & workshop documentation
• Support Workshop / Aftersales Management in daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• SKM / Certificate / Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical or related field
• Experience in Automotive Workshop / Aftersales / Service Centre is an advantage
• Familiar with Job Order, Repair Order, Workshop Workflow & Vehicle Repair Process
• Strong coordination, communication & follow-up skills
• Organized, responsible and able to multitask
• Basic computer skills
• Bahasa Malaysia & English
