Mitraland Group Hiring! Full Time Senior Contract Manager in Selangor - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee pre-contract and post-contract activities, from tender stage through project completion and final account.
• Review and manage tender documents, contractual terms, costing, commercial proposals and tender evaluations.
• Monitor project cost, contractual compliance and commercial risks, and highlight key issues and recommendations to Management.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Consultants, QS, Procurement and Contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead contract negotiations and resolve contractual and commercial matters with relevant parties.
• Identify opportunities for cost control, value improvement, process improvement and digitalisation within contract management.
• Lead, manage and coach subordinate staff, provide guidance on contractual and commercial matters, and support their professional development and performance.
• Ensure the sub-team operates effectively and complies with the Company's policies, procedures and contract management standards

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Minimum 15 years working experience in property development industry or Consulting firms
• Well versed with contracts administration, negotiation and management
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse contractual and financial implications and provide practical recommendations to Management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mature, proactive, reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
