What You'll Do

Assist customers via phone, email and messaging platforms
Coordinate medical/travel/roadside assistance, hospital admissions and emergency support
Liaise with hospitals, insurance companies and service providers across Asia
Deliver exceptional customer service during urgent situations
Work closely with our international operations team

We're Looking For

Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
Customer service or call centre experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
Passionate about helping people
