PSA International Hiring! Full Time System Engineer -Assistant Manager (Enterprise Infrastructure - Services) in - Ricebowl

We are looking for a service-oriented professional to join our 24x7 Enterprise Infrastructure & Services team. In this role, you will ensure that our enterprise IT services are reliable, responsive, and user-friendly, supporting the day-to-day needs of PSA’s workforce. You will support Windows Servers, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, IT Operations Management, and other enterprise services that keep our employees connected and productive.

Key Responsibilities

Be a trusted partner to end users - provide timely Level 3 support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively with minimal business disruption.

Lead IT infrastructure projects - deliver projects that enhance the end-user experience and improve the quality of ICT service delivery.

Drive continuous improvement - proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and strengthen monitoring for smoother operations and fewer disruptions.

Build visibility - create intuitive dashboards and reports that give teams and stakeholders better insight into service health and performance.

Collaborate end-to-end - work closely with other infrastructure teams and external IT service providers to ensure seamless support for users.

Requirements

• A degree in Computing, Computer Science / Engineering or IT.
• At least 1 to 3 years of IT Infrastructure & Services support experience.
• Good knowledge of the following:
• • Microsoft technologies (Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365 suite)
  • IT Operations Management
  • Hosting platforms (MS Hyper-V, VMware, Azure)
  • Remote Access Service
  • System Management
  • Unified Communications or Microsoft Phone
  • Cybersecurity
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and a good team player.
• Preferably with Microsoft certification: Azure Administrator Associate certification.
