Responsibilities
Job Description
Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching of goods.
Plan and coordinate inventory movement to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate duties according to operational requirements.
Ensure proper storage, handling and labelling of goods in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters and internal departments on deliveries and logistics.
Maintain accurate warehouse records and prepare operational reports.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping and company policies.
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with supervisory/managerial experience.
Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics procedures.
Able to lead and supervise a team effectively.
Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Computer literate and familiar with inventory/warehouse management systems.
Able to work independently and handle a fast-paced warehouse environment.
