Responsibilities

• Project manage infrastructure and building projects within new estate divisions
• Manage project budgets, schedule, and resources, coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface
• Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process
• Interface and coordinate with government agencies /authority on any development issues
• Identify potential construction-related issues or /and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution; ensure quality tender documents with all necessary requirements
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors
• Planning and executing project budgets.
• Able to do hands-on work during the absence of the deployed project staff
• Motivating and supervising assigned staff.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, preferably with 2–5 years of relevant experience in a developer, consultant, or contractor environment.
• Experience in project management of building and/or infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of design, tender and construction processes.
• Able to travel to multiple locations
• Able to work on rotational shifts & weekends (Off Day on weekdays)
• Experience in project coordination is an added advantage.
