Finance & Accounting Support

  • Support the Finance Executive in daily finance and accounting operations.

  • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with relevant parties to resolve payment-related queries promptly.

  • Process supplier invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely filing of supporting documents.

  • Perform supplier statement reconciliation and liaise with suppliers on account-related matters.

  • Prepare cheques, process transactions, and update accounting records and ledgers.

  • Handle petty cash and perform bank deposits and other banking-related activities as required.

  • Prepare and submit monthly bank reconciliation statements.

  • Assist with company insurance matters, including documentation and renewals.

  • Assist with audit requirements, confirmations, and preparation of supporting documents.

Project & Administrative Support

  • Organize and maintain project-related documents, records, and filing systems.

  • Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenses, and progress.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the project management team.

  • Handle document transmittals, data entry, and maintenance of digital and physical records.

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and other internal or external arrangements.

  • Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when required.

  • Coordinate logistics arrangements, including driver schedules and other operational support.

  • Ensure administrative procedures and company policies are properly followed.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • O Level, Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent qualification.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, administration, or a similar role.

  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and administrative records.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

  • Experience in the construction or project environment will be an advantage.
