Responsibilities
Carry out final inspection and witness watertightness test on building works (Housing Projects)
Record inspection and testing carried out
Inspect defect / NC rectification work in initial 4 months mass intake of Maintenance Period
Prepare reports and site directives
Candidates MUST have:
A Certificate in Construction or Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic / polytechnic university or technical institute or equivalent; AND
Must have at least 2 years’ relevant experience in building construction or building maintenance field;
6 days’ work per week on site (For 6 months, tentative late August 2026 to March 2027)
