Fi Woodfire Thai

Do you love fire-kissed flavour, smoky aromas, and Thai cuisine with a twist? We’re looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to lead a station in our open-kitchen, wood-fired Thai restaurant.

Your Role

• Run your assigned kitchen section — prep, cook and plate dishes according to Fi Woodfire standards
• Work with our wood-fire oven to deliver smoky, perfectly grilled meats and Thai favourites
• Maintain top-notch food hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and consistency
• Help manage ingredient prep, inventory, and station setup/cleanup
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth, timely service

What We’re Looking For

• Proven kitchen experience (line-cook or similar), ideally with grill/wood-fire cooking
• Solid cooking skills and ability to deliver quality under pressure
• Good organization, time management, and teamwork
• Commitment to food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and consistency
