Our client is a US based MNC, specializing in Test Equipment & Industrial Automation Solutions. The role will be responsible for performing installation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor test equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform system installation, calibration, retrofit, training, and troubleshooting.
• Escalates customer production problems and takes ownership of the problem until it is resolved.
• Develop a relationship with customers; Work with the customer actively on issue prevention.
• Creates and implements a support plan for customers in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance teams with the objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
• Execute with the various support teams to deliver on company's commitment to customers. This includes all technical resources engaged with the account.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in electronics engineering or related field.
• Experience in working with customers in the semi-test area.
• Has a good working attitude and willingness to work.
• Can work under higher pressure & deal with constant requirement changes.
• Experience in handling, maintain semiconductor equipment experience
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English to liaise with mandarin speaking customers.
• Having experience in handler/prober H/W docking integration will be a plus.
