About the role
We are seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused Client & Operations Manager (Malaysia) to support the smooth day-to-day running of our Kuala Lumpur office. Working closely with our Directors and leadership team, you will play an important role in coordinating office operations, client administration, project support, resourcing and internal workflows. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure, organisation and follow-through to a busy professional environment.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administration
Support Directors and leadership with meetings, follow-up actions and reporting
Assist with client communications, project administration and documentation
Coordinate internal workflows and follow up outstanding actions across teams
Support resourcing and operational planning activities
Assist with marketing and business development administration
Support ISO compliance, audit administration and records management
Help maintain efficient business systems, processes and documentation
About you
Experience in operations, office administration, client coordination or practice management
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
Professional, proactive and collaborative approach
Experience within architecture, design, construction or professional services is advantageous
