About the role

In-charge of Civil/Structural design, coordination andProject Management of large scale building project.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation.

• Preparing implementation methodologies, work schedules and man-hour estimates for proposals of new work
• Coordinate with owners, consultants and sub-contractors/suppliers
• Adhere to ISO quality requirements in the execution of works
• Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage
• Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly progress report, inspection report etc.)
• Ensure the quality of the deliverables and project delivery is achieved
• Ensure all government and safety regulations are complied on site
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:-

• Min Degree Holder in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
• Familiar with the design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry

• Self-motivated and independent with interpersonal skill
• Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies.

Provision of Corrosion Protection Coating Systems, Chemical Resistant Tiles and Bricks, Chemical Resistant Coating. Lining and Grouting, Other Structural Works and Specialised Construction and Related Activities
