Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, checklists, and records.
• Organize and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety training for workers.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure workers use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as working at heights, excavation, lifting operations, and confined space work.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and government authorities on safety matters.
• Assist in emergency preparedness, fire drills, and evacuation procedures.
• Promote a positive safety culture by encouraging safe work practices among all site personnel.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
