Job Description
Responsibilities
Warehouse & System Operations
Process and maintain accurate operational data, transactions and updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or customer systems.
Ensure system records are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor operational information and documentation to support smooth warehouse activities.
Customer Coordination
Serve as a point of contact for customers on daily operational matters.
Respond to customer enquiries and requests via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and resolve operational issues.
Billing & Documentation
Verify billing summaries against supporting operational documents.
Ensure billing information is accurate and aligned with customer requirements.
Follow up on discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Inbound & Outbound Operations
Coordinate with the Operations team to arrange inbound and outbound activities within required timelines.
Monitor operational schedules and promptly highlight potential delays or issues.
Escalate irregularities, discrepancies and customer escalations to the direct supervisor.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
