Responsibilities
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the bank. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs.
Provide information about banking services and direct customers to the appropriate department.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Support branch staff with coordination of meetings and events.
Uphold confidentiality and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in customer service or reception, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
