Job Description
Handle technical enquiries from clients and consultants.
Provide technical support to the production and sales teams, including pre- and post-sales activities such as product submissions, proposals, quotations, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Conduct on-site product installation training and carry out periodic site inspections.
Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
Research and support value-added technical and cost-effective designs to meet clients’ requirements, using structural engineering calculations and relevant design codes.
Collaborate closely with the production and engineering teams to align customer requirements, standardize solutions, and support future product development.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of AutoCAD / AutoCAD Revit.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proactive with strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with a positive attitude.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, training provided for suitable candidate.
