Job Requirements

• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in Customer Service (CS) is required. Experience in premium or high-end industries, such as airlines, hospitality, travel, or luxury services, is highly preferred.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness and flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotational shiftschedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• End-to-End Case Management: Ability to manage customer cases from start to resolution, with the same agent taking ownership of the complete customer journey whenever possible.
• Fast Learner: Highly adaptable with the ability to quickly learn new processes, products, systems, and procedures.
• System Proficiency: Comfortable working with multiple systems and platforms, with strong ability to navigate and troubleshoot system-related issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
