OTT CREATION MARKETING Hiring! Full Time R- Supplier Quality Engineer in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,100 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate, audit, and qualify suppliers according to company quality standards and requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and KPIs, and work with suppliers to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Manage incoming inspection results and follow up on non-conforming materials.
• Issue, monitor, and verify Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
• Review and approve First Article Inspection (FAI), Control Plans, Process Flows, and Material/Test Certificates.
• Investigate supplier quality issues and coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and other relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
• Support customer and supplier audits and ensure required quality documentation is properly maintained.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and follow up to ensure issues are effectively resolved.
• Prepare supplier quality reports and maintain accurate supplier quality records and databases.
• Identify opportunities for supplier quality and process improvements.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Supplier Quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems, auditing, corrective actions, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with FAI, Control Plans, Process Flows, and quality documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple quality issues effectively.
